How to Order

Apply for a wholesale account on our website: Visit www.entitycandles.com/wholesale and complete the application. Once approved, you’ll gain access to purchase wholesale items directly online.

Shop on Faire: If you already use Faire, you can conveniently shop our products on their platform. Faire offers added perks such as Net 60 terms for qualified buyers, free returns, and first-time order discounts. Visit our Faire storefront below.

How are your candles packaged for wholesale?
Each candle is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and optimal presentation.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full when placing your order.

We accept all major credit cards and cash (for local pickups). Net 60 terms are available via Faire.

Samples

Your first order includes full-size candle samples of each scent.
For future reorders, full-size samples are available at a reduced price.
Samples are for testing purposes only, not for resale, and will be marked accordingly.
You can order one sample at half the wholesale price per every 5 cases purchased.

Shipping and Delivery Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Local pickup is available for customers in the Seattle, WA area.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on actual shipping rates and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $500.

Damages and Returns

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or credit.

Custom Orders and Private Labeling

We offer custom candle scents and private labeling to help you create a unique product line.

Custom Orders: Minimum order is 12 units per scent (1 case)
Private Labeling: Available for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing and lead times.
