Position Title: Part-Time Sales and Production Coordinator

 

Job Description:Entity Candles is seeking a motivated and flexible Sales and Production Coordinator to join our team! This part-time position (20-32 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with a small business. The role combines retail, production, and customer service tasks and offers a dynamic work environment that includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Retail & Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance during retail hours.Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

 

Production & Fulfillment:Assist with making candles, labeling, boxing, and preparing products for retail or wholesale.Pack and ship new orders accurately and efficiently.

 

Market & Event Support:Work at vendor markets, including setup and teardown of booth displays.Engage with customers and promote the Entity Candles brand.

 

Requirements:Must be 21 years or older.Reliable transportation to and from the shop and vendor markets.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.Ability to work both indoors (shop) and outdoors (vendor markets) in various weather conditions.Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting boxes and setting up displays (up to 25 lbs).

 

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Prior experience in retail, production, or events is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

 

Compensation & Benefits:$25.00 per hour.Flexible scheduling.Opportunity to gain experience with a growing small business in Seattle.Employee discounts on products.
